Drawn to the Beat @ Fabrica - 14th of May 8-10pm

A new version of my participatory music drawing event 'Drawn to the Beat' will take place at Fabrica Gallery in Brighton on the 14th of May 8-10pm. This work has been developed in response to Fabrica's current exhibition 'The Forty Part Motet' by Janet Cardiff http://fabrica.org.uk/exhibitions/. I have a longstanding interest in Cardiff's work, and researched her practice as part of my M.A 'What is a Multisensory and Participatory Art Practice' (2009). Our shared interest in the relationship between sound and body is particularly relevant to music drawing and Drawn to the Beat.
